Accessing the Park by Road

Visitors travelling from Kampala-the capital city of Uganda, normally find this an alluring road drive that covers over 460kms, With the main circuit opting through the Surfaced highway roads through the Ishasha Sector, the Nothern Part of Queen Elizabeth National Park, that gives Visitors a chance to see the famous tree-climbing lions, this is indeed the main Safari circuit, it’s at this sector that you are now just 62kms to the Park.

 Accessing the Park by Air

Visitors who wish to use Air means, flight chatters are available, and we do arrange them for you, travelers can opt to either fly from the main Airport-Entebbe international Aiport, or from Kajjansi Airfield directly to gorilla trekking sectors either Nkuringo or Ruhija or Rushaga- this shall be determined by your gorilla trekking Permit. Savanna and Ishasha Airstrips are available to those flying to only Buhoma sector.
